Description of Product
SS3MB is a Modified Macro Molecular Binder which is a unique custom-engineered product that can mix with existing RAP or any native soil. It is 100% non-toxic, non-polluting, and 100% green. This product significantly enhances the durability of concrete and asphalt. Made in America, this non-reactive product binds with any aggregate, making it highly versatile and effective.
- Eco-Friendly: Lowers carbon emissions, contains no VOCs.
- No VOC: The binder can encapsulate any toxins from pre-existing RAP or aggregate, preventing it from leaching into the atmosphere.
- Durability: Increases the load-bearing capacities of materials, effective with recycled asphalt and concrete.
- Applications: Ideal for soil stabilization, reinforcing subbases, and enhancing the strength of concrete and asphalt.
- Unique: There is no competition as the product is one of a kind and made in America.
- 3MB is a solution binder, NOT a polymer.

Applications and Problem-Solving Capabilities
Defined and Addresses CA Problems: 3 MB solves for soil stabilization, sustainable construction and maintenance requirements, coastal erosion, asphalt road fires, reinforcement and containment issues, dust control and reducing air pollution, lowering carbon emissions and VOCs in the environment.
Versatile Applications:
- Infrastructure: Roads, railway tracks, sea walls, land subsidence containment.
- Soil Stabilization: Enhances soil strength, stabilizes hillsides.
- Construction and Reinforcement: Effective for dust control, construction projects, and reinforcement needs.
Problems it Overcomes:
- Seawater Salinity: Not affected by salinity, ideal for coastal applications.
- High Flexural Compressive Strength: Provides strong support for various structures.
- Water Resistance: Prevents damage from water exposure, ideal for various environments.
- Mixing material requires personnel to be free from contaminants, ensuring safety by not using dangerous heavy equipment, and the absence of any heat or petroleum-based products.
- Cost savings with less aggregate to be trucked in from the mills.
- Savings on expensive labor and insurance.
Laboratory Tested: Consistently exceeds expectations in soil retention and load-bearing capacities. Outperforms other products in its class when used as an additive with concrete and asphalt.
Product Features and Benefits
SS3MB - Modified Macro Molecular Binder
Innovative Breakthrough: SS3MB is a green, non-asphaltic binder that, when combined with water, recycled asphalt millings (RAP), or dense grade aggregates, creates a load-bearing structure. This product offers superior performance at a competitive cost and helps renew road structures sustainably.
- Easy to Mix: No heat required during mixing or application.
- Clean Application: Water cleanup, no special equipment or chemicals needed.
- Versatile: Works with conventional paving equipment, requires no solvents or high pressure.
- Stockpiling: Mixed material can be stored before use.
- ss3MB prevents leaching of contaminants to underlying soil layers and groundwater aquifers, therefore prolonging the lifespan of any structure.
Performance Benefits:
- Speed & Cost: 70% faster to build, 35% less expensive than traditional asphalt roads.
- Environmentally Safe: Reduces carbon emissions, all green, made in the USA.
- Durability: Water-resistant, non-corrosive, withstands extreme weather conditions.
- Lifespan: Increases the lifespan of pavement by 30 to 50 percent.
- Cost Reduction: Reduces the cost of construction by 30 percent.
- Carbon Footprint: Significantly reduces the project carbon footprint.
- Recycling: When blended with RAP, enables the repurposing of waste products into useful, lower-cost roads.
Durability
3 MB increases the load-bearing capacities of materials, is water-resistant, non-corrosive, and can withstand extreme weather conditions, providing long-lasting durability. It doesn't crack like regular concrete. Our sealant also dries faster than others.
- Water-resistant and non-corrosive
- Withstands extreme weather conditions
- Significantly enhances the durability of concrete and asphalt
- Reduces the need for maintenance after application
Additional Time, Safety, and Labor Savings
3 MB does not require heat or heavy machinery to prepare or mix, thereby improving worker safety, reducing both preventable costs and skilled labor barriers or shortages, and increasing job opportunity access.
Additional time and cost savings:
- Cures Faster
- No Heat or Bitumen product required
- Requires less aggregate to be trucked in
- Potholes can be filled in with current RAP, eliminating the need for large sections of road to be cut and replaced
- Higher durability requires little to no maintenance after application
- More cost-effective than conventional road building
Case Studies & Testimonials

Case Studies
- 5 years sole source contract with DOD and DOE Sandia National Laboratories
- Prescott Road: Prescott AZ is located on a mountain range that experiences 145-degree summer ground temperatures and sub-zero winter freeze and snow conditions. The residential roads therefore experience extreme weather impacts from temperature and monsoon rainfall during the summer and early spring.
- 3MB was utilized 13 years ago on full-depth reclamation of surface streets in the community to replace destroyed existing roads. The 3MB was also blended with the asphalt millings (RAP) from the project to reduce waste disposal costs and therefore to “repurpose” the failed road materials.
Testimonials
From Fibercell Intl: “3MB has become the official product of choice in my country Columbia, so the Natl Institute of Roads issued Invias No 245 on July 15th 2022 in which Invias indicates the adoption of general construction specifications for the regulation of new technologies. It is resolution 2451 Regulation de Nuevas Technologias. With this support through the regulatory decree, we will be able to achieve the difficult task of soil stabilization in Columbia and make viable the 11 infrastructure projects, that we list below with an investment of USD 110 billion dollars in 3 years.”
